OUR FLAGSHIP FUND
A closed-ended private equity fund focused on investing in late-stage, IPO-bound companies operating across Nepal’s high-growth sectors.

CEF has floated its first fund “Nepal Impact Fund-1” of NPR 2 BILLION as a Specialized Investment Fund (SIF) scheme under Specialized Investment Fund Regulation, 2075 regulated by Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON). The fund is expected to help improve access to long-term capital for investees in Nepal. It is geared toward bridging a financial gap that remained a challenge for small-scale and medium-sized firms.
Cash flow generation begins from the 3rd year of fund registration. Exit begins from Year 3, with average net returns expected to significantly outperform any conventional instrument available in the Nepali market.
