The 5th Annual General Meeting of CWEDA Equity Fund Limited (CEF) was held at its registered office in Lazimpat, Kathmandu. The meeting gathered board members, shareholders and management partners to review the company’s financial performance over the previous fiscal year and to approve key strategic roadmaps.​ At the meeting, shareholders approved the operational highlights, appointed external auditors for the next fiscal year and discussed the plans to mobilize capital. The board reiterated its commitment to good corporate governance, risk management and nurturing high growth enterprises across Nepal’s private equity eco-system.
