His expertise was instrumental in the formulation and implementation of regulations governing the financial sector, contributing significantly to the stability and transparency of Nepal’s financial markets. With a background in Foreign aid, revenue and revenue investigation, Mr. Pant brought a unique perspective to his role, effectively navigating complex issues within the commodity market and spearheading initiatives to establish robust policy frameworks. Mahima Neupane

Ms. Aryal is Human and Natural Resource Studies graduate from Kathmandu University. She started her carrier from UNMIN during the peace process and later joined Siddhartha Bank, one of the commercial banks, where she was involved in various roles including managing projects primarily involving establishment of branch-less banking and wallet based mobile banking unit of the bank. Her role involved collaboration with various donor agencies and regulators / Nepal government for coordinating of various projects targeted towards financial literacy, financial inclusion and micro credit. She then worked as Branch Manager for the Bank in two major branches in Kathmandu. She was involved in overall management of the branches including operations and business growth. After spending more than a decade in the Bank, Mahima joined Global Equity Fund as Manager – ESG & Impact and worked there for six months. She has participated in various national and international trainings and seminars related to general banking, financial assessment, financial literacy, anti money laundering and ESG practices.
