Cweda Equity Fund Limited (CEF) is a licensed investment fund manager under the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON). Established in 2021, it is backed by Cweda Investment Pvt. Ltd. and industry experts.
With an authorized capital of NPR 125 million and a paid-up capital of NPR 100 million, CEF plans to offer 20% of its shares to the public through an IPO.
